The weekend is here. What plans do you have?

Added: We have a couple robins singing outside our window. All I can say is, no one wakes up THAT cheerful. 🙂

    New thread

Don’t make your head hurt lysie….don’t even try to figure out 0 …it’s hopeless, futile, and too disturbing.

Obama claims that his comments on the 1967 Israeli border were misrepresented. Now, he states that it should be “1967 lines with mutually agreed swaps” and to “negotiate a border that is different than the one that existed on June 4, 1967.”

I swear my brain hurts trying to keep up with his flip flops.

I’m sore. Greg and I have been running a different line of fencing for the boys so they will have more pasture. It’s a temporary fix until we can buy more fencing and posts. The boys are chomping away on the fresh grass and loving it.

Good Morning All. Just got back from our trip/meeting. It was a good meeting. Didn’t hear one bit of news. Have spent the morning catching up with it and was happy to see what Bibi had to say. It was nice to see a MAN speak out to that child about the realities of living in the Mid East surrounded by countries who want to make you disappear. “It ain’t gonna happen”. I loved seeing the look and body language of the tourist in the whitehouse. The eyes of the tourist told a lot.

    Good morning everyone.

Y’know, one thing that must be kept in mind whilst watching this total metldown on U.S. Middle East policy is this: Make no mistake, this is Hitlery’s Middle East policy as dictated by Alinsky and Ayers and everyone else on the hard left. Hitlery would not have given him the glowing introduction otherwise, and she would have leaked stuff against the speech beforehand unless it was her doing.

Therefore, for those people out there who are saying, “Geez, I would have settled for Hillary over Obama,” I must point out that they are lock-step on this point.

ALL of the Left must be thrown out and never returned. There can be no compromise with this slime… 😉

“Peace” in the ME seems to be further receding to the horizon if that’s possible….unless by “peace”, one means a ME without Israel.

Yes….contempt beyond contempt for what the Left stands for…the damage it does on so many fronts is so hard to bear and it just goes on and on and on, like some noxious weed.

    • tillacum says:

You nailed it Bit. We must remove the left and Rinos from our government. The left is out front removing our liberties and the Rinos are hiding right behind them following their lead.

Returning to Texas, a truck passed us and on the truck door was “Teaparty member”. At the next truck stop, we bought the trucker’s coffee.

Bit, I did as you suggested. Greg now had a DV6 laptop with Windows 7 . I was lucky to find an excellent deal on E-Bay with a HP warranty. My question is…now what do I do with it? Goodness, it has a lot of bells and whistles. It will take me some time to figure it all out.

If you have grandkids, you should learn how to do Skype using the built-in camera and sound. Even if you don’t, the Skype thing is kinda cool and it’s free, which is especially nice if you are doing long distance (aka overseas).

Next up: If you have a PS3 or an XBox, you should look into using Windows Media Server as the source for playback.

Next: If you have a digital camera, learn how to upload the pics from the camera to the ginormous 160GB disk (or better still, a Terabyte external drive), before you accidentally delete all those pics you’ll never be able to re-create.

If you feel rich: Check out SlingBox and Roku to play back what you have on your laptop right on the TV.

And finally: get QuickBooks Pro and do your books on the laptop, creating PDFs of bank reconciliations and statements.

There are more but this should get you started…. 😉

Thanks Bit. We did watch Green Acres and Daniel Boone on it. I was impressed with the quality.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

Good going lysie…you’ll get it figured out.

    Good morning ladies!

    Good morning everyone.
