America the Right Way -Staying Vigilant- October 21-October 25, 2013 Remember 9/11

While many in the MSM, many politicians, & many Left Wing Bloggers would like to focus on the Great Divide Among the Rs,

the real topic of the the day is what is going on with 0bamaCare? People in the administration may dodge and weave all they want…planting stories of Koch brothers’ conspiracies, and so on but it was the Dem party in Congress which passed the legislation with all its deadlines, and the Dem administration which is tasked with carrying it out.

And it’s everyday Americans, people who run businesses, insurance companies who at this point will pay the price and the penalties for non-compliance which, in fact, may be beyond their control. Where’s the fairness in that??

Nasty 0bama people…. from CNN!

0 can’t extend 0care enrollment without Congress not lawful…

What isn’t Racist? according to the MSM, nothing….

Speaking of entertainment….please, please take a moment to view the videos from the Oregon healthcare exchange in this post from Hotair…

They are funny and soooooo Oregon

    still no enrollments in Oregon

Ha! It must be The Dawning of the Age of Aquarius, again!

      Harmony and understanding
      Sympathy and trust abounding
      No more falsehoods or derisions
      Golden living dreams of visions
      Mystic crystal revelation
      And the mind’s true liberation

What the heck did that song mean? LOL

    • Molly Pitcher says:

      Yes, that is it….wheeeeeeee…..

  2. The Raven says:

    Well, then…country it is

  3. tillacum says:

According to my music expert, hubby, country music in the 30s, 40s, 50s, was Country music, the came rockabilly country in the 70s. I for one, know the country music of old was great to
dance to, both slow and jitterbug, loved it. Today….?

  4. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.

  5. The Raven says:

Maybe a third party would be OK if all they did was rip into the Dems and Obama 24/7. No candidates….just a right wing equivalent of a Democrat. Call them the Pee party ….

And then the ‘Pubs would look like Puritans and they can stay above the fray.

All would be right with the world.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

There was some supposition I read that post shutdown the Rs would be united in opposition to 0….reacting together to his evident extremism…but no. The old RINOS – or whatever they are – seem bent on venting their wrath at the members of their own party, NOT the President

  6. The Raven says:

Did you see where some of the website designer contractors are blaming the Obama administration for the fiasco ?
They probably have less than a week to live. Someone didn’t clue them in there are only three acceptable targets of blame; Bush, ‘Pubs & Tea Party; and the Koch bros.

  7. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.

  8. lysie says:

    Great links, Molly. Thank you.

I’ll never forget when I made Greg aware of my liking country music. It was 1980. We were dating and he offered to help me wallpaper. When he arrived at my house I had the radio playing and tuned to a country music station. It wasn’t that he didn’t like country music…just listened to other types. Of course, back then Rock and R&B were listenable. Also, Ole Blue Eyes, Andy Williams, Ella Fitzgerald and others were singing. Today?? Too many songs with obscene and violent lyrics.

  9. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

Oh, let’s all sit down and enjoy that breakfast. Tea for me, please, no coffee….

    • lysie says:

      It’s cold out. Yikes.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

Ah…you are good. I was just speaking metaphorically…or something…you know. Let the morning coffee/breakfast/tea discussion begin!

Sebelius is trying to protect her boss, it seems, by claiming he didn’t know about the website problems. If he is pushed to dismiss her…well that will make him lash out in vindictiveness….which is worse, having Her Incompetence in place….or….having to face President Bully later….?

    • tillacum says:

Thank you Molly, I’ll take the coffee.

It’s down to the 40s and low 50s in central Texas at night. WONDERFUL. Love the cool air.
Worked in our Community Garden yesterday and it was wonderful. I’m going to spend
sometime there, today, maybe an hour. Our grape tomatoes are still blooming, fruiting and turning red. I’m going to cut back the tear drop tomato plant, it has a couple of tomatoes on it.

  10. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.

  11. The Raven says:

Morning quote (speaking of disasters to come):

“If you borrow money from an individual with the agreement to pay them back in benefit payments in Social Security and Medicare after the age of 65, in their brilliance the United States accounting experts call that revenues,” says Mr. Druckenmiller. “But in any corporation in America—other than maybe Enron—if you borrow money from someone with the agreement to pay it back in the future, that’s called a debt.” And these future commitments don’t appear on Uncle Sam’s balance sheet.

What’s the real burden when you count these promises? Taking the “alternative fiscal scenario” from the Congressional Budget Office, which still understates the problem but is the closest Washington gets to reality, Mr. Druckenmiller calculates the net present value of Beltway commitments. He concludes that “the future liabilities are $205 trillion, not 17.” It’s a staggering sum, roughly 12 times the size of the U.S. economy.

-WSJ’s J Freeman quoting money manager Stanley Druckenmiller

    • Molly Pitcher says:

The story of the n. Wisconsin fire at Peshtigo comes to mind….same day as the big Chicago fire, but not as well remembered.

We are the folks who saw the fire coming and rushed into their wooden houses ,slamming the doors behind them

The survivors were able to face the catastrophe & threw themselves into the cold river water as night fell..

  12. Molly Pitcher says:

Oh! Heard 0 is going to announce new telephone lines to handle 0care enrollment…good grief…anyone who’s spent hours on the phone with the government should be concerned…and why has it taken so long to add additional lines??

    • Molly Pitcher says:

“If you hate 0care, press 7”

The name of some blog post I came across earlier….Good, no?

    • lysie says:

If press 7 was an option I would call multiple times. My fingers would be sore.

Speaking of sore. We are and will be more sore tomorrow. We cleaned the stalls. This time for PB, we replaced his old stall mats with new 3/4 inch stall mats. It took us over seven hours to get his stall the way it should be….filled with dirt….leveled…rolled….new mats. He’s over 25 years old. He’s a good boy. He desires the pampering.

Did I mention I’m sore? Get over it and stop whining, lysie.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

Oh my gosh girl, go to bed now…and rest! Good job!

  13. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.
    Thanks for the start, Molly.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

      Oh golly, lysie!

    • tillacum says:

WOW. that is some breakfast, but I can’t have it.
Good Morning Everyone. It’s a nice cool day in central Texas.
Just read an article, written by a retired constitutional lawyer from Carralton, TX. He’s
read every word in obamacare. According to him, when obamacare is fully active, we
citizens of America will have few rights, and congress will have no authority. Nice of
pelosi and her group to vote for this new law of the land. Power is a dangerous thing
      in the hands of despots.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

Good summary from the constitutional lawyer. Despite what Nancy P says, the constitution is still in effect…we hope it is…but erosion of its meaning and purpose is well under way.

  14. Prairie says:

Knocking those everyday Americans down a peg…..or several….is part of the overall plan. Weakening the middle class….an Obama goal.

Thank you for the prayers from the other thread, I do appreciate them. We will certainly need them.

    • Prairie says:

Molly thank you for that great link about the Cambodian village. That falls in line with other stories I’ve read of other countries where worship has been limited or oppressed. Our own country may find out what not having religious liberty is all about, one day.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

      You are welcome, most welcome!
