More IRS emails are lost. This time it involves five employees involved in congressional probes into the agency’s targeting of conservative groups. How about that!

Ack! Our cable was out again. Just came back on.

Earlier we went to the camp. Things are not quite final, but should by this weekend. Greg’s brother is coming this weekend to go fishing. Woohoo. I’m happy for both of them.

Boy oh boy…this is surely the pitcher’s season across all baseball…so many close, low scoring games where defense is critical. It reminds me of my earliest days watching baseball over 50 years ago, and I just love it!

Thoughts, anyone else? Remember when the mound was lowered as a result of pitchers’ dominance?

    • lysie says:

Yes, yes. Lowering the mound. I remember that.

The higher mound gave a pitcher more leverage and a downward motion of the pitch… making it more difficult for batters.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

Yes, well is this year exceptional, or not? Haven’t heard about that. If several seasons like this are making a pattern, then what?

I love the games lately, but as usual, I am probably in a minority.

Anyway…a diversion to ponder from all the bad news….

    • lysie says:

I think the games are a great way to forget….just enjoy some of the great plays.

  3. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

Thank you….good morning lysie. Hope the weekend is being good to you.

Want to continue with my catching up this afternoon, and tomorrow be able to tackle some outside jobs. It just never ends…but….what’s the alternative, as a late, dear cousin used to ask…That always made me laugh, but you know …the alternative is actually pretty wonderful. I know she was just kidding when she used that expression, too. Life was very sweet to her, but she anticipated a better one.

    • lysie says:

Hi, Molly. Catching up? What’s that? Ha!

    • tillacum says:

AHHH, we’re having that this a.m.

    Molly…from your lead-in:
    >>More IRS emails are lost.

This has become a lot of people committing felonies……I suppose they will wait for the pardon? Can Obama do that? Cover up his own crime?

Luckily the ‘Pubs have the Golden Rule: “Do unto others……” but they won’t use it.

  5. The Raven says:

I’m watching the new SEC channel —- they have a replay of an old (1997) Auburn vs Tennessee SEC Championship game……It’s half time and Auburn is ahead 20-10 Peyton Manning is the Vols quarterback. I think I spotted Jemian in the stands.

    Back to the game…later

  6. tillacum says:

    Interesting breakfast. Thank you lysie.

  7. Molly Pitcher says:

    That melted cheese….

We went out to eat last night at a favorite place, ran into 2 other couples and caught up on our lives…..Unplanned – a coincidence, but fun, fun..

  8. Molly Pitcher says:

    Yes, how about that!

This administration is just chock full of coincy dinks!

Good Saturday morning, and thank you for the start. No coincidences there…but true, faithful service.

  9. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.
