America the Right Way -Staying Vigilant- November 17, 2014 – November 21, 2014 Remember 9/11

Hello!

It appears that ISIS has beheaded another hostage…Peter Kassig. Altho the differences in style and content in this video differ from earlier videos, the White House has acknowledged its validity, and its particular nature encourages new questions about the brutal terrorists.

The Ferguson Grand Jury is widely expected to issue its report, including indictment or not, this week.

Oh, and 0bama’s plan for immigration “reform”: Can’t forget that! The Rs should be ready to respond.

So…another interesting, challenging week ahead.

Hmmmm!! Found and not tampered with is the question.

    • The Raven says:

That would be hilarious if they retyped her emails……hah……!!!. With the Sharyl Attkisson emails, the Obamakins searched the DOJ emails and deleted the reference to her name. But they missed one — they had a mis-spelled “Sharyl” —- now, with Lois Lerner…..they won’t make the same mistake.

And … speaking of mistakes … remember when Obamacare had to reach 7 million enrollees…. ???

The Obama administration said it erroneously calculated the number of people with health coverage under the Affordable Care Act, incorrectly adding 380,000 dental subscribers to raise the total above 7 million –

Amazing WW II pictures that I received from our friend Dolly in an email. I hope the link opens, the pix are wonderful.

In one of them you can see blimps in the air…..you may recall that I posted about a year ago of a blimp being tethered on the border…..it’s still there we can view it easily from our house. It looks much like these in the pix.

  2. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.

  3. The Raven says:

Well, it looks like Obama timed this action to correspond with the Ferguson riots for a quick exit from public spotlights

    Morning quote #1:

he has issued an imperial order to dissolve America’s borders. Millions more will enter and demand the same amnesty benefits as those who came before. The entire moral foundation and consistency of our laws will have been eviscerated. Law enforcement officials have repeatedly warned that the president’s new amnesty will unleash a “tidal wave” of illegal immigration. The impact on our jobs, wages, hospitals, schools, police departments and neighborhoods will be crushing.
    -Jeff Sessions

    Morning Quote #2

As is always the case with a well-constructed fraud, Obama’s amnesty has some cosmetic appeal because it derives from some indisputable claims. In the American system, the power to prosecute belongs solely to the executive.
    -Andrew C. McCarthy

    Remember the Alamo !!!

  4. Prairie says:

Ready for Hillary: Too much too soon?

Article is about the soon to be dissolution of her Super PAC once she formally announces her candidacy but it brought to mind a recent speculation I read about Jerry Brown being a possible viable primary challenger against Hillary. That speculation sounded plausible to me, actually.

BTW if the picture at the link is recent, Mizzuzz Clinton didn’t get her money’s worth for the last face lift.

    Meow….!

  5. The Raven says:

Funny…I was checking out Turkey day football…..and #5 rated TCU is playing……and I am embarrassed to say I don’t know what TCU stands for and had to look it up. I was sure it was just initials because of some politically correct reason (other schools are spelled out) and sure enough — guess what the “C” in TCU stands for?

  6. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.

  7. The Raven says:

You’ve all seen headlines like “Obama found using his Blackberry” or “Apple executive found using his Android phone” – but how about this? “Two New Subatomic Particles Found Using Large Hadron Collider”

  8. Prairie says:

Very sad about VDH’s daughter passing away. The memorials are directed to the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society and it said she’d had a brief illness. Hmm..

Good evening everybody. Much going on here as usual, but thanks for the links and comments. Will check in as able.

  9. Molly Pitcher says:

Dems to 0: you broke our party….yes, well, they were willing partners, don’t you think?? Hot Air

  10. lysie says:

Another thing I’m grateful, Greg gave our dog (Isabelle) a bath…..still…..guess who cleaned the mess in the bathroom?? / snicker …Gotta love it.

  11. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

8′ of snow expected in some places!! I hope they have been able to help all those who were stranded.

      Good morning lysie

    • lysie says:

      Good morning, Molly.

We are grateful it wasn’t here, but as you are, concerned for those who got huge amount of snow.

    • lysie says:

      Sun shining…wind less. Wonderful.

Of course, sad to say, the 2 yahoos in NYS voted against the pipeline.

OK. Let’s think the opposite re: Ferguson. Let’s say Wilson is convicted. Will there be riots and looting by those who think it’s an injustice? Hmmm? The whole thing is being stoked by those who will benefit, unfortunately.

And the Cosby thing….he’s wrong….very wrong…but could the women be labeled gold diggers?? Just sayin’.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

\ oh…I just looked at the keyboard here….too dusty….not a major problem all things considered, huh?

Just heard about 0’s comments on the Jerusalem attack…another moral equivalency between the terrorist Palestinians and the Israelis….infuriating.

  12. lysie says:

Hope the fireplace damper is not a major problem, Rav.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

Yes, how did the fix go?

So the Dem -led Senate nixed the pipeline and Mary Landrieu.

What an atrocity in Jerusalem. Meanwhile Gruber is the gift that keeps on giving. Who would have thought when that first video was unveiled, that the story would have gone this far? And nothing in Ferguson yet.

  13. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.

  14. The Raven says:

Well, the lib talking point of the day is that Reagan and Bush also bypassed Congress and granted amnesty.

Trouble is, I have no memory of those guys threatening Congress to act and then minimizing the Democrats while acting unilaterally and taunting us all that the action is indeed an anti-Constitution action.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

Judge Napolitano addressed that last night on Fox. He was very clear about it. Bush and reagan were acting on laws already in place, and their actions were very limited. He was clear. I am forgetful, so I hope I got that right.

Instead , 0bama is pursuing the matter as if he is the lawmaker….the legislator…acting in their place.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

We know, but the majority of American people must come to realize, as Limbaugh was discussing yesterday, that anytime a lib proclaims something, it is a lie. So that is a false, false analogy.

But Reagan was wrong to do that, in fact. Bad, bad decision.

  15. Molly Pitcher says:

Ok, here’s my “Deep Thought” …courtesy of the Bill Bennett show, which I often listen to, at least in part, every morning.

Now Bennett gets a lot of callers who are within a generation of coming to this country…they or their parents arrived here from e. Europe, some oppressive regime in the M.E., or S. America, and so on. These people are very concerned at what they see going on here….the tightening of controls, the eliminations of freedoms, etc.

Bennett commented on one of these calls this a.m., and said too many people here for generations take these things for granted. It occurs to me that this is probably true, and not the same as “stupid”. But it’s not true for those of us here, or elsewhere in certain places of the conservative blogosphere, etc. It’s like we were one of the newly arrived, and understand that liberty can be lost in a generation or 2. We are very sensitive to that possibility.

We are not complacent, but very worried and concerned, and this fuels our ideas and emotions. It separates us from not just the Left, of course, but some of our more sanguine conservative friends, I am pretty sure.

  16. Molly Pitcher says:

Cloud Cuckoo Land Report #1. Of the day…OF THE DAY……since we know that many strange things go on with this administration

  17. The Raven says:

Suggestion…let’s put our collective ATRW heads together and discuss what the Republican response should be when Obama goes out on his own. Use Tobin’s article above as a start,

My thoughts are we should not even mention immigration but hit him hard on lawlessness. Tell the people what the long term effects of unconstitutional behavior will do — and run commercials with guest speakers….again only on the unconstitutional acts. Give examples of what future Presidents could do if this is allowed to stand. If we discuss immigration it should be on the effects of open borders on the nation and not a Lation-negative ressponse. What a flood of unskilled workers will do to our country when there isn’t enough work to support it. And not enough resources available to support the massive unemployed.

    What say ye?

  18. lysie says:

Good morning everyone. Thanks for the start, Molly.

    • The Raven says:

      The fraud continues, unabated.

Joe Wilson was Right – American Thinker.
Obama Is Now Lying About His Lies – Commentary

And, you know, it is hard to imagine the Supreme Court overturning OCare and Roberts risking the political wrath and retaliation. He’ll say State means the federal government.

    • lysie says:

Rav, we received a Dreamfield pasta class action postcard, too. I like their pasta and it seems to work (low carb-wise) for us.

    • lysie says:

When being caught in so many lies rather than admit to lying O (libs) must continue to lie. I’m quite familiar with that because I grew up with a man who would never admit he was wrong.

    • The Raven says:

Step 2 in the fraud, of course, is one-payer. At some point they say—“With the uninsured at such low levels, and, since health insurance is a common need of all Americans, we must expand the Medicare program to all people within our borders.”

    • The Raven says:

      Morning quote:

Newsbusters.org, a project of the Media Research Center, has been keeping tabs on how the Old Media have been covering this story. As of Friday, neither ABC nor NBC has covered the revelation at all, either online or in print.

As Newsbusters Executive Editor Tim Graham put it: “The national media … have largely reacted to the Gruber story like it is a virus that should be carefully quarantined.” To its credit, The Washington Post covered the story very quickly, yet at this time, not a word in The Los Angeles Times or USA Today.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

      lying about his lies! HA!
Ok! Time to hibernate…..see you next April!

Good morning everyone. This is a storm which hit us from the south….which does happen at times every winter

    • Molly Pitcher says:

The Wehner Commentary article…”Getting pathological”????? I propose it’s been that way from the beginning.

    • lysie says:

Hibernate. Yes, Molly. I see your area has plenty of school closings.

  19. edinva says:

I’ve been following the Ferguson weather forecast. They should get snow tmo pm, so that’s a good time to release the GJ report. Then it’ll be cold, warming up later in the week.

Did you see that Obama insulted Australian PM/govt when he was there? Is there a US ally he hasn’t offended, or an Islamic state he hasn’t coddled. ISIS apparently beheaded Kassig as we empty Guantanamo. Are we messed up as a country or what? I think a certain national “leader’ has gone off the deep end.

    Interesting week ahead, indeed.

  20. Molly Pitcher says:

So glad lysie has warmed us up with a delicious meal by the fireplace!
