America the Right Way -Staying Vigilant- July 20, 2015 – July 24, 2015 Remember 9/11

Hello!

The U.S. State department has sent the Iran agreement to Congress to digest, so the 60 day clock is now ticking for a vote on the deal. However, it’s becoming clear that the 0bama administration has no real intention of following that route.

No, it’s the UN which will act to ratify the agreement’s details. That is the plan, and at least some in Congress are questioning it.

No Congress, but the UN! Fine! What is happening to our country?

    Morning quotes:

When something bad happens, there tend to be only two possible villains: conservatives or America itself

    Jonah Goldberg

“For a lot of well-meaning, open-minded white people, the sight of a young black man in a hoodie still evokes a twinge of fear.”

    – Hillary Clinton – (Lib media gives her a pass on this racist comment)

Hillary Could Strangle a Puppy on Live TV, and You’d Still Back Her

    – Matt Welsh, Reason.com to Dems

  2. Molly Pitcher says:

      Morning quotes :

Part of the genius of Marxism, and a reason for its enduring appeal, is that it fed man’s neurotic fear of social catastrophe while providing an avenue for moral transcendence. It’s just the same with global warming…

      -Bret Stephens, Wall St. Journal

Liberals love to think of themselves as sophisticated, nuanced intellectuals, but the truth is they have a kindergartner’s view of the world. If it has been defined as “nice” to people they like, they’re for it. If it has been defined as “mean” to people they like, they’re against it — and that is about as deep as it gets. Unfortunately, that lack of adult perspective isn’t so cute in political leaders who are making life and death decisions that may still have ramifications fifty years from now.

      – columnist John Hawkins, May 2009

    • Molly Pitcher says:

Hmmmm…. I will have to think some on those quotes. Thank you Raven. There was a little luck here yesterday with the fishing….one of our group caught something large enough to keep and have his grandmother clean and cook for his lunch.

lysie how is Al doing?…..we will be heading home this a.m. Had some more good catching up conversations yesterday. One of the young cousins just returned from a trip to Israel. He told us all about it last night with slides to illustrate

    • lysie says:

Thanks for asking Molly. I called Lucille this morning. Al, is still “under” for medical reasons. They will “wake” him today. His vital are good. Prayers continue.

    • The Raven says:

The guy I went fishing with on Monday – instead of buying new equipment went to a different location yesterday and caught 68 white bass in a few hours plus an 8# catfish.

Syracuse airport worker accused of terrorism has charge significantly reduced

Mohammad Salak, 33, of Gordon Parkway, was charged with felony making a terroristic threat in May after coworkers at the Syracuse Hancock International Airport told police he threatened to bring a gun to work and “shoot everyone,” officials said at the time.

Tuesday, before Judge Stephen Dougherty, the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Offfice agreed to reduce the charge, first to misdemeanor menacing, then to the violation disorderly conduct.

  8. lysie says:

I’m asking for prayers. Our friend, Lucille, called this morning to tell us that her husband, Al , will have a heart (valve) operation tomorrow morning at 8:00 am.

    Thank you.

  9. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.

  10. lysie says:

Sanctuary cities, Iran deal, etc…. and now Obama admin looks to ban some Social Security recipients from owning guns.

How about the lazy _sses on welfare who have illegal guns , have too much time on their hands, dealing in drugs, joining gangs, were not taught discipline..right from wrong….those who despise and terrorize the USA….AND YES that includes ALL people NOT any specific race. Those people are increasing.

  11. lysie says:

Good morning everyone. Thanks for the start, Molly. Hope you and your family are having an enjoyable time.

Rav, now I understand about Bimbo. I’ve been voting each day.

    • The Raven says:

Yes, the nuclear scientist was freed to return to Iran, but not a word or request was made to free the 4 Americans held by Iran. Nice.!!! UGH!
Now the states are lowering the flags to half staff, but I’ve heard the whitehut is flying theirs at full staff. Nice. He shows in every way his dislike and disrespect for our country and citizenry. He needs to leave our Whitehouse and our country, as soon as possible.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

      I voted again, yes.

lysie my cousin and I are starting a Noah’s ark puzzle….100 pieces…I think we can do it…interruptions, tho. Long talk last night with another cousin about family concerns….then my brain would not shut down for a good sleep.

    • lysie says:

I had crazy dreams last night that kept me awake, Molly.

Mom and used to do puzzles. What fun it was talking while doing it.
