America the Right Way -Staying Vigilant- August 3, 2015 – August 7, 2015 Remember 9/11

Ok! Hillary’s! Gang may be getting a wee bit nervous over the possibility of a Biden run. It is an interesting proposition to consider isn’t it? Biden…Hillary!…It actually seems possible that Biden may have more youth appeal, although this is more a hunch than anything concrete.

And on the R side, it’s a narrow field for the last slot in the “top 10” event. Kasich and Perry may be vying for the one opportunity.

Oh boy…a “something special” TGIF! How you doin’? Enjoying the camp, right?

    • Molly Pitcher says:

We are going to an ice cream social shortly. My husband is really enthusiastic…me a little less so, as we don’t really know the others here, and I don’t feel especially like mixing, you know?

    • lysie says:

Yes. I do know. Tomorrow we will be going to an “Irish party” put on by the campsite’s owners. Greg is all not so much and I’m part Irish. LOL

Who knows, Molly? You and I may meet nice people and have a blast..while our guys say..I never want to do that again. Ha!

Greg is at his “Turtle Club’s” clambake right now.

No one home ‘cept animals so I’m cleaning… Dog and cat fur flying in to the vacuum. Yay!! 🙂

    • Molly Pitcher says:

Oh I hope you get a lot done, and enjoy tomorrow, too. I did…the hosts were very kind and easy to talk to… cream…yummy. Then a short time later in another setting at this group of condos I got to talking to a mother and daughter from Texas, and who were quite familiar with my home area around Galveston. So that was a lot of fun.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

      Lol on the birds!

    • The Raven says:

OMG…those are the best Friday videos ever!!!!!

[late to the party- I was shopping]

  1. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.
    Last night’s debate….thinking about it.

  2. Molly Pitcher says:

Schumer to oppose Iran deal…..While we are still digesting the debates….

    0’s head is exploding….

    • The Raven says:

Yep….NY Post headline “Chuck No”…. MoveOn says Shumer is pro-war. But, aren’t we already at war? What did I miss? When did it stop?

  3. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.

    • lysie says:

Good morning, Rav. The next thing we will read is that the schools are teaching the students DeBlasio’s game of hide and seek. Talk about dumbing down!!

  4. The Raven says:

So far so good with Luis Severino, Lysie First inning 1-2-3

  5. The Raven says:

    Afternoon quotes:

I would argue less in terms of individual hot-button issues and more in terms of the set of virtues that is essential in a productive and patriotic society. We need to have citizens who are frugal, industrious, ambitious, creative, innovative, honest and kind. It’s hard to argue that our society would be worse off if our citizens were more that way. Well, those are all the core conservative values, and sometimes if you just focus on some of the hot-button issues, you miss the larger picture, which is that we’re trying to form citizens. I’m a social conservative as much as I’m an economic conservative, but I don’t speak that kind of social conservative lingo, which I think is off-putting, particularly to young people.

  6. The Raven says:

Why didn’t Hillary use State’s official and secure email when dealing with official business and her home server when doing whatever she does on the side (personal email). Why use her personal email for both?

  7. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.

    • The Raven says:

Lysie….the hot prospect pitcher, Luis Severino, for the Yanks debuts tonight. They moved him up a day and it is televised. I really feel for the guy, all this performance pressure is sure to give him anxiety.

      7PM on ESPN

    • The Raven says:

This one tops it all. Hillary announced that they gave $14,959,450 to charity over 7 years. Isn’t that wonderful ?? She failed to mention that 98.7% of the money went to one charity. The Clinton foundation. Hah !!!

Is there any other politician in any country doing things like this?

    • lysie says:

Thanks, Rav. I forgot about Severino’s debut. Will be watching.

Will that same logic work if I announce I gave to Food Banks? Who’s? My families food bank, that’s who.

    • lysie says:

      Tada! Good one, mkh. Thanks.

    • The Raven says:

With 17 people running for Prez…..there must be some other benefit — such as money – to running that we don’t know about. Why else would Pataki, Gilmore, or Graham run for office with a zero percent chance of winning? Or even getting a VP spot?

    • The Raven says:

      It’s coming back!!! No, no!!!
It will be the death of me!!!

    • Molly Pitcher says:

That is such a crazy story about the Clinton’s charities……their foundation actually gives very, very little to outside groups….They would be hysterical, so very funny IF they existed on the periphery of events but, alas, they don’t.

    • The Raven says:

They use the “charity” to pay for the family travel expenses and political promotions….only $200,000 out of $15 million to actual charities. So typical of both of them

    • edinva says:

lysie, I sure hope that gorgeous cheesy omelet wasn’t made with Kraft single slices… who knows, someone could choke on the plastic wrap. Can you believe they actually recalled those single slices because some IDIOTS didn’t know how to take the plastic off before eating? Seriously!

Yesterday I trekked to Wilmington, DE to visit a woman from my h.s. class… I don’t think we’ve seen each other since graduation more than 50 years ago… and of COURSE, we neither has changed a bit. Well, not that much. OK, so a lot! Anyway, got the scenic tour of Wilmington, a pretty little city blighted only by citizen Biden. But who knows, maybe Hillary! implodes and Uncle Joe becomes POTUS. Stranger things have happened. He’s quite the pol. Apparently *everyone* in Wilmington has tales of meeting him at a diner or some such, and his asking about any issues they might have vis a vis govt services. The ‘personal touch’ is a distinct advantage of living in a small city in a small state. Unless your senator is Biden.

I heard O was back giving a speech on his fantastic Iran deal, blaming Bush and the rush to war vs. sitting down and chanting Kumbaya. God, can 1/20/17 come soon enough? Will they actually leave?

    • lysie says:

No Kraft singles in that omelet, ed. Wouldn’t want anyone to choke. 😉 Beside, I’m not much of an “almost fake” cheese. I like a more natural cheese.

What a nice visit for you and your class mate!

As I said before…Biden creeps me out.

It seems like the longest presidency…ever!!

    • The Raven says:

I thought yo were joking ed, and had to check. It is true

  8. The Raven says:

Interesting back and forth (Krauthammer and O’Riley) video on what is a lib – if you have 10 minutes to watch – click here

And another video with Mark Levin on the libs.

  9. The Raven says:

    Morning quote:

“I have somebody who we don’t even know who he is, why he is in this country, why he is here illegally and why he allegedly committed a murder, I can’t set a bond high enough”

    – Ohio Judge Mike Cicconetti at the hearing for Juan Razo, an illegal immigrant accused of murdering one woman, shooting another women and attempting to rape a 14-year-old girl.

  10. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.

    • The Raven says:

Too many candidates? Narrow it down here.

      My results:

      Right-Wing Libertarian
Your political beliefs would be considered extremely Right-Wing and moderately Libertarian on an ideological scale, meaning you tend to support policies that promote free market capitalism and smaller government.

But we all knew that already, didn’t we? It is a tragedy that the libs define the labels. I prefer a label like Constitutional Conservative. The right wing in the US tends to following the Constitution and is, thus, certainly not extreme as they have me labeled. In Europe, a right winger wants less government spending. An extreme right winger has a swastika tatoo.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

Good morning! I will try that quiz. It would be surprising if my results were any different from yours..

      Thanks for breakfast, lysie!

    • lysie says:

      You are welcome, Molly.

I side with Ted Cruz on 96% of issues in the 2016 Presidential election

    • Molly Pitcher says:

      98% with Cruz….95 % with Walker ….3% with Sanders

    • The Raven says:

I had 95% Cruz. 93% Rubio. 0% Clinton. 0% Sanders. I just saw where it says I side with Democrats on most economic issues. They are out of their minds. Absolutely out of their minds. And they called me extreme. Probably because I typed in that the entire Democrat party is unconstitutional and should be dissolved [kidding]

    • lysie says:

I think we knew the way we would lean. 🙂

  11. The Raven says:

    Democrats in the news

California town puts two illegals on board of commissioners (they’ve been voting for years, why not?)
    Sign gets Democrats mad

Speaking of Dems, my grandkids all like to watch Dora the Democrat. Whatever happened to mighty mouse, roadrunner, etc? The libs took over cartoons as well.

  12. Molly Pitcher says:

Yesterday I saw an article: Chuckie Schumer would support the Iran deal….today, a report that he won’t…
He was for the deal, before he was against it? Waiting to see which way the winds are blowing? 0 is now facing a deal breaking headwind…..

  13. lysie says:

Good morning everyone. Thanks for the start, Molly.

  14. edinva says:

I think I’d rather be top seed in the 2nd event than bottom seed in the 1st.
