Under the Trump administration there were 209,000 jobs created in July. The expectation was 183,000 jobs. Plus, CNN (yes, that CNN) is reporting that more than 1 million jobs have been added since President Trump took office.

With that said , I saw on the news last night that Americans have racked up over 15 million dollars in overdraft fees. Yikes!h

    Good morning everyone.

Yes, Molly. We did buy the motor. It was actually located near Batavia. The man we bought it from was very honest and nice. He is a retired postal worker and a conservative. Yes, Greg and I were able to guess that by the signs in his yard. 🙂 I wish we all lived closer. I think we could all be friends.

He bought a boat and the motor so he and his dad could go fishing. Unfortunately, his dad had a stroke 3 months ago and is not able to go. Poor guy.

The last time I had overdraft fees, I went on line and transferred money from checking to savings. Trouble is, I wanted to do it the other way around and I started bouncing checks left and right.

    • lysie says:

      Oopsie. 😉

      Good morning everyone.

Glad you were able to connect with such a congenial person lysie. Gave the trip a little “extra”, didn’t it?

Stephen Miller…who did so well with Jim Acosta last week… I think he is the guy wrote the famous essay, The Flight 93 Election last year about …this time?

Hello Molly, where are you now? We’ll be on our way to CO tomorrow. I can hardly wait. It will be cool. The weather looks a bit cool and rainy, but the cool will feel soooo good. I told hubby if he sees something greasy on the kitchen floor, just scoop me up and put me in the fridge.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

We are in n. Idaho, heading to CO on Wed. for a weekend family wedding.

Yes, CO has been unusually coolish lately for summer. The next few days may bring some afternoon storms, it looks like. So you are headed to the mountains?

Funny. The better half went to the “world’s largest yard sale” yesterday and I took the opportunity to watch an old movie, “Death Wish” for 99 cents. And then today, I was googling it and I see they have a remake out with Bruce Willis instead of Bronson. The left is in a huff about it. I wonder why?

    • lysie says:

Did your wife find anything at the sale?

I like Willis, but Bronson was the best.

I understand what Savage is speaking about. I just wish everyone would tone it down a bit.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

One political commentator at PJM calls it the cold civil war, but the rhetoric is pretty heated, and on the Left, there has been violence for sure

.. working for future Democratic National Committee head Debbie Wasserman Schultz … he would add his wife, two brothers, a brother’s wife and a friend to the payroll—and at handsome sums. One brother, Jamal, hired in 2014 reportedly at age 20, was paid $160,000. — about four times the average Capitol Hill staffer. .. the family has collected $5 million since 2003 and “appeared at one time or another on an estimated 80 House Democrats’ payrolls.” … A litany of court documents accuse them of bankruptcy fraud, life-insurance fraud, tax fraud and extortion. Abid Awan, a brother, ran up more than $1 million in debts on a failed car dealership he somehow operated while supposedly working full time on the Hill. One document ties the family to a loan from a man stripped of his Maryland medical license after false billing. Capitol Police are investigating allegations of procurement fraud and theft. The brothers filed false financial-disclosure forms, with Imran Awan claiming his wife had no income, even as she worked as a fellow House IT staffer
