America the Right Way -Staying Vigilant- Aug. 7, 2017 – Aug. 11, 2017 Remember 9/11

Hello!

Just how serious is the DOJ about prosecuting leakers of classified information?

On Chris Wallace’s Sunday show, Deputy Attorney Journal Rosenstein gave a somewhat ambiguous answer, specifically mentioning leakers several times, but not the journalists who publish the material. Department clarification is needed.

President Trump is enjoying a working vacation.

Will Mueller be reined in?

    • The Raven says:

So if the Pubs can’t do OCare and can’t do taxes…..what are they going to be in the future? What do they do when they give up the fight?

    • Molly Pitcher says:

Wander around the edges of pro growth legislating maybe?
      Are you busy packing up?

    • lysie says:

      Hello, Molly and Rav.

    • The Raven says:

Packing ….yes…..My better half is constantly on me to give everything I own to goodwill. I need to pack things when she’s at the grocery store

This fox news site has a good video near the bottom

    • Molly Pitcher says:

      Ha….sneaky….are you downsizing?

    • The Raven says:

We have smaller lot so downsizing on lawn equipment and a bigger house….extra bedrooms

    • edinva says:

      Good morning, everyone
Settled back in at home after my couple of brief forays to the Big Apple and environs. Every so slowly catching up with work, news, local friends … and laundry! The news front has been totally captured by NOKO. And the dithering in the media is our summer’s comic relief. I’ve elsewhere suggested that President Trump could just make nice and secretly send them untold billions of dollars under cover of dark, and promise not to interfere with their nuclear ambitions, then all would be good with the world. And the MSM would be happy.

Molly, did you get the snapshot I sent (picture taken from bus) of the Javits Center in NYC? That was the site of the Clinton Victory Party on election night. For my sick perverted pleasure, from time to time I check out coverage of that eve at YouTube. How glorious it was, sans fireworks.

Things seem pretty quiet in town, no heavy traffic .. best time of year. All the ‘powers that be,’ as well as most families taking in the last of summer vacay, are away. Heaven!! This afternoon I will trek into DC to meet DD, to collect my Mother’s Day gift of a mani-pedi with her. That three month delay reflects just how hectic our schedules (mostly hers) are. She’s off next week with family for vacay in Portugal, but did they invite me? ha!

Hope everyone has a beautiful day. We have possible scattered and isolated t’storms this afternoon. This may be the mildest and rainiest summer in DC/VA I’ve ever experienced. September will probably get hot, but for now I will take this weather. Al Gore be damned.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

Hi ED….yes…got the photo, and understood it, but it was blurry

    • edinva says:

Molly … yes, sorry it was blurry, I was on a moving bus in POURING rain .. at least we were spared the lightning that had been forecast.
My feet feel like $1,000,000!!! And I got negative reports on mammo and sonograms. So I’m good. For now.

    • Molly Pitcher says:

      Hey! Very good!

  3. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.

    • lysie says:

Molly, yes. Last year I did see reckless driving of sea-doos on the Bay. People were going too fast and then making wild turns with other people behind them.

This year that is not happening in the Bay because the speed limit is 5 mph due to the flooding. However, the people now go to the lake.

When Greg caught the salmon on the Lake we noticed many partly submerged very large tree limbs. I hope people are aware that they are there. Boats go very fast out there. I read that a boat did hit one limb. It resulted in a broken propeller on the motor. Luckily , no one was hurt.

    • lysie says:

      RIP, Glen.

Glen Campbell – William Tell Overture (excellent)

    • lysie says:

      Bark Bar. Interesting Molly. 🙂

    • Molly Pitcher says:

Good morning. Thanks for the reply, and the Glen Campbell clip lysie. He won’t be forgotten.

  4. Molly Pitcher says:

lysie… just before we got to the lake over in Idaho, 2 teenage boys drowned in the river which flows out of it. They couldn’t swim, thought the river was shallow, took off their life jackets, and had no idea of the current. Their mother was somewhere nearby. Such needless accidents are so distressing.
A couple of years ago, some young man dived into the lake not realizing he was headed for a submerged rock. Every year it’s something. You spend a lot of time on Lake Ontario…similar accidents there? People are too careless around water, seems like.

  5. lysie says:

    Good morning everyone.

  6. Molly Pitcher says:

Raven Wow, very good. You must have a good sellers market down there !

  7. lysie says:

Good morning everyone. Thanks for the start, Molly.
